Pledgets, Tapes & Mesh
Pledgets (Buttresses), are used where the surgeon considers that it may be beneficial to buffer the suture, particularly in delicate or friable tissue.
Pledgets may be attached to any of the non-absorbable sutures described on this website. To order, state the suture product code and the relevant code from the following list.
Pledgets are also available packed separately in quantities of 10 per envelope, 12 envelopes per box.
